Lunch Vegetables, Eggs (Boiled eggs or Omelet  0-6/day) Fish/Meat 300 grams for men, 250 grams for women
10 Almonds + 10 Pistachios + 10 Walnuts
1 Carrot + 1 Tomato + 1 Onion  
Next Water 500ml
Evening Clear Soup or Warm Water + 1 Lime Juice + (Coconut Oil/Ghee)
Rinse mouth with water
Next Water 500ml
Dinner 1 LTR Water + 2 Spoons of Curd + Cumin Powder + Coriander Powder
